Freeform Open Practice in the park at Primrose Hill

FREEFORM OPEN PRACTICE IN PRIMROSE HILL HAS COME TO AN END FOR 2011. CHECK HERE AGAIN NEXT YEAR, AND THANKS TO ALL OF YOU WHO JOINED US.
Bring your mat and join Jodi Smith and Florence Labedays* any time between 6.30am and 9.00am on Thursdays for Freeform Open Practice in the park on Primrose Hill during the summer of 2011.
We ask for everyone to make a donation of whatever you can afford, with a minimum of £3. No money goes to us, instead all donations go to the Community Chest of Japan in aid of the aged who have been effected by the March earthquake and tsunami.

This is an opportunity for you to come and work on your own Freeform yoga, tai chi, qi gong, pranayama practice, or simply meditate in a beautiful, outdoor, group setting. Jodi and Flo will be on hand to help you with anything you might need. This isn’t a strictly lead class, rather, we practice along side you, teaching some great subsets and exercises that might be new for you, and helping you in a more one-on-one style with postures and sequences you want to work on. For those who are interested we are keen to share some great things that we learnt during our recent Sacred Energy Arts teacher training in China. As the name suggests what we are doing is Freeform and Open (with help whenever you need it). Whether you’re a beginner or very experienced, everyone is welcome!
You’ll find us if you walk to the top of Primrose Hill and look north (i.e. away from the city). If the day is grey or dreary and you’re not sure whether we’ll be there, you can SMS +44 7816 392 827 (also use this number if you get to the park and can’t find us).

* Both Jodi and Florence are insured teachers. Jodi is Yoga Alliance® registered teacher, and Florence is due to complete her 200-hour British Wheel of Yoga certification in December 2011.
